Today we are talking about Bringing Restoration to Sexual Shame, Pain, and Dysfunction with Dr. Katie Whetstone, PT, DPT, SCS.

We will debunk four lies that we have been told by looking at both science and scripture on how to address the pelvic and psychological disorder of vaginismus, and speak on practical ways that we can move forward in our marriage.

Put your anatomy & physiology hats on. This one is worth the listen!

TRIGGER WARNING:

Please note that within this podcast today, we will be talking about many sensitive topics. If you are triggered in any way, please know that we are with you with resources to help. This topic is discussed as though it is within the confines of a grace-filled, Christ-based marriage covenant. Moms, THIS is the sex talk that you want to have with your teenage daughters (listen until the end for notes on warning signs your daughter could have risk factors for vaginismus). Give it a listen.
