Be Whole. Be Well. Be Wise.
Welcome to the Be Whole + Be Well + Be Wise Podcast with Dr. Shelly Tyler, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT and Dr. John Mark Tyler, DC, founders of Fiddlewood Farmacy, Functional Family Wellness. Through the lens of science-based AND Bible-based education, the Tylers are passionate to share the hope of Christ through their personal story of health, sickness, family struggles, and recovery. Until now, their voice has primarily been through presentations to the next generation of healthcare providers through continuing education instruction and adjunct teaching at the University of Evansville. Shelly is also the founder of Fiddlewood Farmacy (Functional Family Wellness) and the Restore Women's Health Summit. John Mark & Shelly both are employed at Rehabilitation & Performance Institute, PSC where they provide holistic physical therapy and chiropractic services to the families of Owensboro, Kentucky and the Fiddlewood Farmacy where they provide on-line functional wellness services to clients across the country. Shelly and John Mark live on Fiddlewood Farm in Kentucky, where they run an outdoor nature school (Fiddlewood Farm & Forest School), manage a small homestead, and enjoy the homeschool life with their three children: Grayson, Paxton, and Abbi Grace.

Designed to Heal: 3 Things Your Nervous System Needs
If you are a Christian stuck in chronic pain, depression, and anxiety induced by a lifestyle of chronic stress, you are not alone. Today we are talking about your innate design to heal and three things your nervous system needs to function well that you may not immediately think about. This topic was introduced at our recent Women’s Health Summit, RESTORE, and let me tell you, we absolutely cannot set the foundation for this scientific and Biblical teaching enough about stress-induced illness.
Thank you for joining me for the first episode of Be Whole. Be Well. Be Wise, the show that combines science-based AND Bible-based education to direct you towards whole-body wellness in Christ.
Thank you love for being with us today, and thanks for listening to Be Whole. Be Well. Be Wise.
